Not Durable!

Within two weeks my very small 12 pound dog chewed a hole through this crate. Considering how expensive this crate is, I would expect more. Do not buy this item.

Not sure if this one is one I bought three months ago, or this month, BUT, when folding it, both of the bottom joints broke.
How do I get a new one?

My broken crate

I have two of these porta-crates. The first one I got about a year ago and love it. So got a second one when I needed it. However, had it only 4 months and it broke. The bottom support joint seemed to have a rough spot and it just broke apart when I tried to fold it up after using it. Would love to know how to get a partial or total refund.
